Super Invitations for Super Guests

You can have some fun with these and it sets the tone for the party.

Wording on them could be things like – “Calling All Heroes!” or “Your Mission: Attend (Name)’s Super Bash!”

Because it’s a superhero party you will want to include information about the dress code, and remember not everyone may like dressing up, so make it optional!

Don’t forget the other essential details such as the date, time, location, and RSVP information.

Here’s some examples to check out.

Personalised Invites

This invitation is easy to personalise, the sections are there for you to fill in, to either be ordered and sent to you, or downloaded straight away.

Colour in invites

These invites double up as colouring in sheets, and are a cool idea and liked by kids.

Digital Invites

These are quick to set up, usually cheaper than paper invites, and quick to get a reply from.

Decorations That Pack a Punch

Transform your party space into a superhero hideout. Use banners, balloons, tablecloths, and posters featuring superhero logos or characters. You could have a comic book backdrop for photos. – Don’t worry there are loads of superhero themed decor available in the shops and online – here are some I found.

Superhero birthday bunting

This would look great and it’s persoanlised too.

Personalised Paper plates

You can get personalised superhero cups and napkins too!

Life size balloons

I love these balloons, they will be so much fun at a party.

DIY Superhero Costumes & Capes

Encourage your guests to come dressed as their favourite superheroes. (Even the adults – why not!) You could provide capes, masks, and props for those who don’t have costumes.

Let people know they don’t have to go over board (it’s not a competition!!!) –  think of simple costume ideas kids can make or wear, like paper masks, no-sew capes, or t-shirts with superhero logos.

If you do want to buy one, I love these that I found on Etsy (below).

Underneath you will find my free printable for a mask – use it as it is, or for some inspiration.

Personalised Superhero capes

These are so cute for your child.

Felt masks

Personalised Super hero girls dress

I love this dress, it is super cool and perfect for every day and superhero parties.

I wonder if they do adult sizes?

I made my own Super Hero masks, you can print out mine for free. Plus I have added two blank ones for you to colour in. Just cut out, hole punch the sides and add some elastic, easy!

Create Superhero IDs

You could make superhero identification cards with the child’s name, superhero name, and special abilities for each guest. Hand them out upon arrival.

Personalised ID cards

This will get you into any superhero party.

Super Hero certificates

Downloadable digital certificates.

Marvel and DC movie character badge holder

Superhero Training Camp

Every superhero must undergo training so you could organise some fun games and activities  in the form of superhero training, like obstacle courses, agility tests, and strength challenges.

When they have ‘completed’ their training you could hand out certificates – I have made a free one here that you can download and print out to use at your party.
